2. Wax Photography I
The idea of the photography was to represent different states of the material and liken this to activism for language change and the energy expanded in this process, but also to show how even though the words we use often appear natural to us, they are created, can and are changed over time. They can expand meaning or new terms can expand it instead. Therefore it was about showing the construction and reconstruction of norms in relation to language.
In the first experiments I poured wax into water.
